Warranty, Exchange and Return Policy

The parts provided by Orob Alshamal come in two quality grades (First Grade "OEM" – Second Grade "Aftermarket") - each product page mentions the product grade clearly in the section "Part Grade".

The "Original" means that the part is brought from the offical brand dealer in KSA - and Orob Alshamal is an offical distributor of that agency. "OEM" means that the part is manufactured according to the original vehicle manufacturer’s standards, and its quality is almost identical to the original part. The "Aftermarket" refers to parts manufactured with excellent quality, high performance, and efficiency, but at a much lower price than the original part.

Make sure that the seller of original parts is an “authorized dealer” or “authorized distributor” of the exclusive dealer in the Kingdom.

Warranty Policy:

• All sold spare parts are subject to the warranty policy of the institution, manufacturer, or authorized supplier.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accident-related damage, or damage resulting from another defect in the vehicle affecting the sold part.
• To benefit from the warranty, the original purchase invoice must be provided and the product must be free from misuse.

Exchange Policy:

• The part may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided it is in its original condition (including packaging as sold), unused, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Return Policy:

• Customers may request a return within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds are processed within 3 to 14 business days after inspection and approval, depending on the customer’s bank.

Non-Eligible Cases:

• Parts cannot be returned or exchanged if used, damaged, altered, or after the specified period has expired.

Shipping Costs:

• If the issue is due to a store error or manufacturing defect, the store bears the shipping cost; otherwise, the customer bears the shipping cost.
